Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the account managers in their daily tasks
- Managing and processing of contract documents and billing processes
- Support for our Bulgarian customers
- Processing and supporting of customer enquiries, coordination of campaigns and reporting
- Implementation and support of rollouts & other projects
- Preparation of presentations and other Account Management relevant documents
- Continuous analysis & optimization of internal and external processes
Who you are and what you bring:
- Passion for automotive and big data, initial experience in the business sector is an advantage
- Curiosity, growth mindset and openness to new ways of doing things
- A healthy amount of flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude
- Analytical skills to help you structure and solve business challenges
- Independent and flexible way of working
- Languages: English at C1 level, knowledge of Bulgarian and German is an advantage
